Judge and Mrs. Holley of Harpers Ferry announce the engagement of Mary Moley Ahrens to Paul David Kline Jr., with both sets of parents named. Mary is with Heck's Inc in Charles Town and Paul is with Southern States Farm Systems in Frederick. The wedding is planned for mid August at the Lt Zion Liberan Lauren. The Garden Club of Frederick met at Mrs. James Hooper's Walkersville home on June 10 where Dr. David Denton spoke on deaf education and ongoing garden therapy at the Maryland School for the Deaf, highlighting lip reading, auditory training, and signing to reduce barriers.
