New Columbia Village To Start Construction

New Columbia Village in Howard County will begin construction later this month on about 3200 dwelling units across Long Beach. The plan includes 88 condominium units near the village center and 1000 single family homes plus 300 townhouses and 1400 apartments over three years in Phelps Luck Locust Park and Jeffers Hill.
