A 14 year old Brunswick boy named Gary Heflin received minor burns while working on a lawnmower in his basement as gas caught fire Wednesday night. He and his brother Michael put out the blaze with a garden hose before firefighters arrived. Gary was treated at the scene and his mother Mrs. Mary Heflin was taken to Charles Town Hospital for shock and released.
