Eisenman convicted of first degree murder in 1933 case
Kansas City AP report Eisenman, who last year confessed the girl's death as an accident after 25 years of conscience, was found guilty of first degree murder. A life sentence was recommended by the jury. The state said Nadine Vogel Love, 6, was raped and strangled on April 20, 1933. The defense argued the death resulted from Eisenman’s car striking her. He testified his former wife helped hide the body, which she denied.
