Thompson sentenced John Greer Watkins, 23, of Cottage Grove Tennessee, to 2 to five or six months in the Maryland House of Correction with an optional $500 fine. In a second case two drivers were found not guilty for claims of running a red light when no witnesses appeared. Forfeitures included Harlen De Grange and James Jefferson on intoxication and reckless driving charges.
