Barbara Ann Barnwell 18 of Denver died in a car crash near Durango after a short marriage to Lt. Lee Barnwell 23 of Greenville South Carolina. The couple wed the day after his graduation from the Air Force Academy. Police said their sports car struck a culvert and overturned.
