Jury selection opens in Wastler trial for Brooks shooting
Jury selection began in the murder trial of Charles G. Wastler 42 of Taneytown who is accused of fatally shooting Michael E. Brooks 32 outside the Brooks home on Harney Road. Newlywed testifies man tied her up in necklace of fear
