City and FOP reach three year police pact
Frederick city government and the Fraternal Order of Police reached a tentative three year contract for police officers to run July 1, 1994, through June 30, 1997. Aldermen Grimes and FOP president O'Brien announced details planned for Wednesday news conference before board approval Thursday.
