Mills Speaks To Md VFW At 32nd Encampment
HAGERSTOWN June 6 The Maryland Veterans of Foreign Wars opened its 32nd encampment with a sharp critique of placing the United Nations flag over the U S colors. Mayor Herman L Mills welcomed about 250 delegates and noted Korean War casualties totaling 109,000, more than the combined populations of Hagerstown Frederick and Cumberland.
