Frederick county post offices will implement vehicle delivery as Postmaster John E. Young of Frederick announces. Jeep vehicles will replace separate parcel trucks with one carrier per area delivering mail and parcels. Park and Loop system used. Brunswick Boy Killed by Car on East B Street
A four year old Brunswick boy was struck and killed by a 1969 hardtop driven by Ricky Mahone 16 in a 20 mph zone on East B Street. The accident left 70 feet of skid marks. The child Richard Allen Cannon from Virginia Avenue died at Frederick Memorial Hospital. The Brunswick Police with Officer J W Bury continued the investigation.
