A national firm consortium led by Cornell Howland Hayes and Merryfield will supply engineering services for Montgomery County's proposed sewage treatment facility. Phase two costs 175000 dollars shared by the county and Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, with hearings in November as final site selection nears.
