Ayrshire Field Day Honors Go to Shank Family Trio
Junior exhibitors from Frederick and Washington Counties led a sweep at the Western Maryland Ayrshire Field Day held at Frederick Fairgrounds. Judge James Hil of Emmitsburg oversaw 63 animals, with Ralph W. Shank and Bonnie J Shank earning top spots in multiple 4-H and open classes, including senior and grand champion titles for the heifer categories.
