Prosector: Manslaughter Conviction Difficult In Bus Stop Crash
In Woodlawn the fatal crash near Johnnycake Elementary killed Kim Linah Dorsey and her two daughters Chanel and Keisha, with four others dead and several injured. Raymond Haney, 32, faces possible vehicular manslaughter charges after investigators found he drove 50 to 60 mph in a 30 zone and weaved through traffic. Baltimore County Prosecutor Sandra O Connor said a decision would take about two weeks, noting the difficulty of proving vehicular manslaughter. The accident drew mourners to the nearby Social Security complex as relatives recalled the victims and a trust fund was set up for the Dorsey Fields family.
