Fire inspection fees may rise in Frednck County
Frednck County commissioners plan a public hearing on boosting fire inspection fees charged by the county fire marshal's office. Emergency services director Stan Poole said the proposed schedule aligns with other counties and could raise about 280000 in fiscal 2002, up from 120000 in 1991. The plan includes new charges such as 100 for fire lane review and increases for re inspection fees, with revisions since 1994 as part of a broader fee reform effort.
