Policeman Held For Grand Jury Hearings
Police officer Russell Lewis Potts faced preliminary hearing on two breaking and entering charges. Magistrate Edward D. Storm bound him for the September Grand Jury term at 1500 dollars on each count. Potts, silent in court, was under police surveillance and previously suspended, with Chief Charles Main stating Potts admitted involvement in two break-ins at Investors Loan Company and Benesak Finance Camp.
