A morning explosion at 1355 West South Street hurled debris through a kitchen, wrecking the stove and oven door while a five year old and two year old were upstairs with the mother near the stove. The 13 month old baby was in a yard playpen. no fire occurred and the cause is under investigation by Potomac Edison Company.
