Grand Jury Indicts HIV Positive Man in Target Bite Case
The Frederick County Grand Jury charged Baltimore man Eric O. Glaspie, 20, with first degree assault and reckless endangerment for deliberately biting a Target security officer while bleeding from an HIV related mouth wound.
