Hood alums rally to push Hood College fund drive
More than 2,000 Hood College graduates answered the $100,000 Challenge launched by Carol Lamb Allen and Gayle Hamilton Blakeslee. Gifts to the Hood College Alumnae Fund surpassed $300,000, helping push the year’s alumnae fund total above $800,000 as Hood nears its centennial. The donors, both Hood alumnae on the Board of Trustees, urged continued momentum to support leadership training for women.
