Leonard R Neal, 79, died Wednesday at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center after a Tuesday crash on US 15 near Point of Rocks. State police say Neal crossed the center line twice before his car collided with a truck as AccuPrete reports detail. Fatalities in the incident rise to 22 according to initial counts.
