Quist elected school board president in Frederick County

Norman Quist was chosen as the new president of the Frederick County Board of Education, with Harry T. deMoll elected as vice president. County students rate excellent on 1992 writing test

Frederick man dies from three-vehicle crash injuries

Leonard R Neal, 79, died Wednesday at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center after a Tuesday crash on US 15 near Point of Rocks.
