St. John's Cub Scout Pack met January 23 in the school cafeteria. The session opened with the Flag ceremony and the Pledge of Allegiance led by Cubmaster Clendamel and Awards Chairman Mr. Jones.

Then a January Cub Scout skit on South America under Den Mother Irma Sprankle. Cubs wore costumes with castanets and bongo drums, danced and sang to South American records. Larry Swann, a Lion Cub, is to represent St John's Pack in Washington.
