Wolfe was born at Yellow Springs and lived on a farm for 23 years before moving to Frederick where he worked for M J Grove Lime Co. and later became manager of the Gas Refining Company Frederick territory. he married Elsie K Herwig on February 7, 1912. Admiral Coontz Dies in Bremerton at 71
Admiral Robert E. Coontz, 71, retired former commander in chief of the U S fleet, died in Bremerton Wash after a heart attack. He had been treated for over two months at Puget Sound navy yard hospital. For four years after WWI he led operations with a policy of an American navy second to none. He retired in 1928.
