Salisbury driver sought after girl crushed by wagon

Salisbury police ask Maryland Delaware and Pennsylvania authorities to search for Charles Vincent, 22, on a 16 year old neighbor’s charge. The driver of a oil tank truck allegedly invited her to ride, sped to a side street, she jumped and fell under the vehicle, crushing her legs, as Vincent fled north.
