Low calorie milk puddings with NutraSweet tips
Dear Polly I share how to lower calories in milk puddings and custards by reducing sugar and milk fat while keeping flavor. NutraSweet is not stable when heated so add sweetener after cooking or skip it, and flavor with vanilla or almond. Calorie savings come from using skim milk and reduced sugar, around 280 total for four servings.
