Court narrows use of hearsay evidence in sex abuse case

Moose stomps man to death at university

An Alaska campus incident left 71-year-old Myong Chin Ra dead after a moose with a calf charged outside the gym as students harassed the animals. Agency sues Rooney for unpaid commissions in five productions

Ruth Webb Enterprises Inc. filed a lawsuit Monday claiming Mickey Rooney owes more than 500000 dollars in 10 percent commissions for facilitating roles in five productions between 1987 and 1994, including The Will Rogers Follies and the British Sugar Babies. Rooney did not immediately return calls to his office or publicist.
