Trout Named Emmitsburg Commissioner in Unanimous Vote
Mike Trout was unanimously chosen to replace resigned commissioner Lut Davis in Emmitsburg. Trout, a maintenance foreman at the Naiiotas Emergency Training Center, plans to pursue the spring election for water commissioner while asserting commitment to progress. The meeting also sworn in three remaining commissioners and heard residents complain about double parking and children playing in the street on Welty Avenue, with calls for enforcement and signs.
