Judge recounts noise, water, traffic on Clover Hill site action

The hearing on the Gotach operation at Taurus Estates drew testimony from Finegan and Emerson about noise from 4-H gatherings, water supply, and traffic on Poole Jones Road. They argued the Board of Appeals weighed expert input and noted the R-3 neighborhood was already developed while considering how the project aligned with the Comprehensive Development Plan. The case may proceed to the state Court of Special Appeals after Judge Wenner rules.
