Surprise Christmas wedding in Frederick sparks party shift
During Christmas week in Frederick, friends attending a holiday party at Christopher Custer’s home were treated to a wedding reveal as he and Betty Jensen Custer wed that night. Betty opened Tri-State Hearing Aid and Audiology Center in Monotacy Village Shopping Center. Alderman Cy Bartels praised city sanitation crews for cold weather work. Debris and hero corrections followed a prior Urbana rescue, naming Jimmie E. Masser Sr. and Donnie Poole Jr. as saviors. A Martin Luther King Jr. birthday tribute banquet was planned by the Frederick County NAACP, with tickets available. Additional notes cover Ten Commandments for public relations from Spindrift and Dr. C. Walter England’s genealogy book release with contact details.
