Woodsboro plant probes spark 1991 charges
In Woodsboro Maryland the state attorney general charged Richard Priddey with 11 counts of falsifying monthly operating and discharge monitoring reports and seven counts of failing to daily monitor wastewater discharge. The offenses carry fines up to 25 000 per count and possible license loss. The case also ties to Brook Lane Psychiatric Center in Hagerstown and Priddey’s other facilities. A trial date hasn’t been set. Separate June action raised water and sewer connection fees from 1500 to 2500 amid council split.
