A Middletown woman and her 18 year old son seek damages in a consolidated suit filed today in Circuit Court for injuries from a July collision at U S 40 and 40 A. The driver of the Castle car testified the rear impact caused progressive pain and loss of daily function. Damages include 314 for Mrs Castle and 30 for her son plus 275 for vehicle repair.
A 24 year old Monrovia motorist named Manns J Brannan was convicted in Magisterate Court for operating with an invalid license and falsifying a motor vehicle registration. He received 90 days in jail in lieu of a $250 fine.
