Hauver elected president of Frederick Kiwanis Club
Herman A. Hauver, Frederick County public schools administrator, was installed as president of the Kiwanis Club of Frederick at the Francs Scott Key Hotel. Gerald Goodman of Winchester presided, with officers Nelson Langan Louis Fichelberger J Vernon Coblentz and directors named. A Jaycee verse urged members to roll up sleeves and work.
