Suspect charged in brutal Frederick murder case
Frederick City Police charged William E. Hartman with first degree murder in the stabbing death of 80 year old Robert A. Evans Jr. His body was found Feb. 15 at Prospect Plaza Apartment. A second suspect remains at large as police raid two homes recovering weapons, hunting gear and items missing from the victim’s apartment.
