A Tennessee man, Tom Dorsey Hale, 52, of Gray, was trapped in his overturned tractor trailer for about five hours after a 9:30 p.m. collision with a car that reportedly failed to stop at Point of Rocks Road and U.S. 15. Hale was listed in fair and stable condition at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore. The Hyundai Excel driven by Thomas Michael Sheahin, 25, of Germantown, collided with the truck as it entered U.S. 15 from Md 464.
