Union officials blast port proposal in Annapolis
Union leaders denounce a bill to authorize direct state control of Baltimore's Seagirt Marine Terminal as a union busting measure. The measure, backed by Rep. Delich Bentley, aims to empower a state run non profit to manage the $250 million terminal to curb costs and attract lines, while longshoremen protest outside the state house and warn jobs could be moved to public employees.
