Factory building to become apartments in Frederick
The Frederick City Historic District Commission approved demolishing a warehouse on Fourth Street near East Street paving the way to convert the remaining factory building at 241 E Fourth St into 45 one and two bedroom apartments. County seeks own drug lab in Frederick County
Sheriff Robert Snyder told commissioners the county needs its own drug lab to cut turnaround times for drug evidence.
