Baltimore Archdiocese studies inner city parishes for future plan

The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Baltimore surveys 58 inner city congregations to assess strengths and weaknesses as a step toward possible closings or consolidations. Priest advocates say the study helps parish self improvement, while some fear it signals decline and future closures.
