Kluttz Van Sant Join Maryland Hospital Association Councils
James Kluttz president of Frederick Memorial Hospital and Larry Van Sant president of Van Sant Plumbag & Healing Co join separate Maryland Hospital Association councils. Kluttz enters the Legislative and Regulatory Policy Council to shape Maryland health care delivery.
