Two Teens Sentenced in Five Auto Larcenies Case
James Louis Johns 17 and Stanley Routzahn 16 admitted to five thefts of cars within two weeks from Frederick owners. Both got up to one year in the Maryland House of Correction per count, most suspensions. Cars recovered. one joyride ended with a NC drive and abandon. Johns testified he learned to pick ignition locks at Maryland Training School.
