The 63nd annual Maryland State Grange session began at 10 30 a m in the Fralners Scott Key hotel with reports and a large banquet planned for Calvary M E church parish hall. Thomas Roy Brookes Belair master outlined tax policy goals including real estate relief and possible graduated income tax while noting nationwide Grange aims such as price lifting and tax relief.
