Crouse Named Chairman of Frederick Memorial Hospital Board
Dr. J Richard Crouse, MD, long associated with Maryland Dental Plan for Blue Cross, named chairman of the two member Frederick Memorial Hospital board. A Hagerstown native and Shepherd College and University of Maryland Dental School graduate, he moved to Frederick in 1962 to practice. He chairs the Maryland Educational Foundation and serves on multiple boards including Farmers and Mechanics National Bank. New appointees include Dr Ali Afookteh, David Chapin, Sister Mary Louise Lyons, and Charlie H. Smith Jr.
