11 year old boy dies in car bike accident
An 11 year old Frederick boy riding a bicycle was struck by a car in an unnamed alley between Broadway and South Market Street. The driver, 18 year old Brian Ferree, reported focusing on the youth at impact. Police said bicyclist error caused the crash. no charges will be filed.
