Abandon All Efforts To Recover Body
County and city police Tuesday abandoned the search for 17 year old William Robert Diggs Jr. who drowned in the Shank and Bizier quarry near Frederick. Officials said grappling and dynamite failed to locate the body and the corpse may surface naturally. Relatives disputed Diggs being involved in a prior jewelry store robbery.
