Cleanup crews clear condemned home on Catoctin Ave
City workers cleared a boarded up condemned home at 303 Catoctin Ave after a stench and excessive trash and overgrowth prompted health and animal control warrants. Six public works staff disposed of debris while cats were captured and treated for fleas. Boyd faces cleanup costs.
