Frederick man charged after crack pipe found at home
Frederick police say 49 year old William Paul Bohrer Jr was arrested at about 730 pm Tuesday after officer Diane Hawker found a miniature liquor bottle altered to function as a crack pipe during a domestic dispute call at John Hanson Apartments. He faces possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia charges and was released without bail.
