Day neutral strawberries shift harvest through October
Day neutral varieties such as Tristar and Tribute break traditional early spring limits by blooming May to frost, yielding fruit across the season. These enhanced plants, discovered in Utah a decade ago, require different care, produce up to a pound per plant per season, and are now available from several mail order specialists.
