Farm crisis not fatal for industry says Tinley
Omaha farm adviser Hugh L Tinley of Farmers National Co argues that the U S farm downturn is financial, not agricultural. Susan C. Nicol reports a Maryland consumer protection case against Photo Promotion Associates, a New York firm that photographed children at Frederick and Hagerstown malls last December and January. Parents paid up to $50 for prints, with many complaints about non-delivery.
