Price Is Right Duck Stamps Rise To Five Dollars

The duck stamp price rises from three to five dollars this fall per an Interior Department announcement by Nathaniel Reed. All hunters aged sixteen or older must possess the stamp with their state hunting license, funding wetlands and migratory bird refuges. The increase funds habitat, with steep land-price-driven costs. Before now, the stamp had not risen since 1959. The program supports North American waterfowl populations, aided by Ducks Unlimited contributions.
