Easter Treats and Service Men Help by Frederick Auxiliary
At the American Legion Auxiliary meeting in the Y M C A building, three delegates and three alternates were chosen for the Maryland Federation of Women's Clubs state convention. Plans include decorating Mt Hyet Cemetery on Good Friday and delivering Easter baskets to former service men in Sabillasville. The group will sell homemade candy during Easter week to raise funds, produced by Frederick High School girls under Mrs. Mildred De Lashmutt. A special meeting to finalize candy sale arrangements is set for next Friday.
