Annual Rose Show Planned by Civic Improvement Association
The Civic Improvement Association hosts the annual rose show on Saturday May 22 starting at 10 am with a baby parade and a daylong program. Exhibits open in the city hall council room with judging by noon and public viewing at 1 pm and in the evening. Prizes listed by section include Caroline Testont Frau Karl Druschki and more. Rose Committee led by Mrs J S Madson Mrs Sadie Stuart Mrs R M Thurston and Mrs Ada McNay organize entries and prizes of rose plants ferns and seeds.
