A church recital drew strong financial and artistic success. Mrs Morris impressed with a clear soprano and expressive readings including Court of Bayville and Bear Story. Pianist Mrs Coulson offered polished technique with encores like The Japanese Etude as ferns and blossoms decorated the church.
The C E society of the Presbyterian church will present the musical play The New Minister. The show promises wholesome fun catchy songs and clever striking costumes. Watch for next week’s announcement of cast and characters.
