Organization forms National Sirls Honor Guard in Newberg
The National Sirls Honor Guard organized in Newberg on April 10 with 50 members enrolled. Ethel May Smith of Portland organized the group invited by Miss Margaret Smith. Classes in first aid mobiling telegraphy and stenography will begin as space allows. membership limited to girls 18 and up with new members accepted yearly. Officers elected include Mrs Eldridge leader Mrs Lucy Littlefield assistant leader and Mrs Mabel Ballard secretary treasurer.
